Dirty Couch Brewing focuses on sour and wild ales that we painstakingly age and blend to create just the right profile. Our process requires patience, sometimes years of it. We don’t operate on a timetable; but instead wait for each beer to tell us it’s ready.
We take inspiration from classic beers originating in Europe and innovation and experimentation from the west coast of the US to produce beers that aren’t beholden to style. These beers ought to exist – if only because they’re the sort of beers we want to drink ourselves.
Most of our beers are aged in wine or whiskey barrels, imparting specific flavors and allowing for the unique biology of a barrel-aged sour to work its magic.
